It was so GOOD. Really creepy and somehow quite emotional too, with Milo standing right behind Noah at the door.

Alright, am I the only person who seriously thought that it was Slenderman standing at that door, and not Mr. Scars? Because that sent chills up my spine. Until I realized, "Oh, briefcase."
And now I am going to put on my theory Proxy mask and do some speculation based on what we know from this video, and the first season as a whole.
Consider something: we haven't heard tell of the Observer for a while. Is it possible there's a schism going on in the Collective, with Firebrand and Mr. Scars on one side, and other Collectivites on the other? Is that why Mary Asher/Cursor was killed off? It's even possible that MAYBE the entire Collective was freed from Slendy's control (probably through HABIT's intervention, to screw with whatever Slendy's plans are), meaning now they are all at odds with each other and no longer quite a Collective (and would also explain Mary's death), but that's stretching it a bit. If this theory is correct it could mean as well that Milo's death was faked.
More sinisterly... what if actively becoming a Collectivite means that you *have* to die... which would make sense concerning how Mary's body was found, and explains WHY she has tape X's over her eyes as Cursor. This would also mean, Milo IS dead, actually dead, and by dying he sped up the process of becoming part of the Collective. This would mean that if Noah were to off himself, he'd just become Firebrand sooner rather than later.
It will all depend if Cursor makes future appearances or not. If she does, my second theory might be correct. If she doesn't, that means my first theory might be more accurate. I think my second theory is contradictory to what happened in the first season, though, although it's still possible that if the Collective wants you and you die, you end up becoming a Collectivite even sooner by Slendy's intervention or even some innate ability that Collective members have.
